We've got ambitions for all sorts.
But every great Irish enterprise starts somewhere.
Ours starts with a table, some homemade bakes, and the firm belief
that if we build it, they will come. A proper Irish food and drink
stall at a London market.
Coffee, craic, and more fifteens than is medically advisable.
